GeoGebra is a FREE dynamic mathematics software for education in secondary schools that joins geometry, algebra and calculus - click here

On the one hand, GeoGebra is a dynamic geometry system. You can do constructions with points, vectors, segments, lines, conic sections as well as functions and change them dynamically afterwards.  On the other hand, equations and coordinates can be entered directly. Thus, GeoGebra has the ability to deal with variables for numbers, vectors and points, finds derivatives and integrals of functions and offers commands like Root or Extremum.

C.a.R. is a FREE dynamic geometry program. Basically, it simulates compass and ruler constructions on a computer. But on a computer, much more is possible - click here

Geonet enables autonomous and cooperative learning of mathematics in the classroom. It encourages an active discovering approach to mathematical thinking. Geonet can be used at school and at home for free. Therefore the software can be handed out to students without any copyright problems. (select english in top right hand corner) - click here 

Formulator Tarsia (formerly know as Jigsaw in the Standards Unit Package) is available for FREE Download. The software allows you to create puzzles based on jigsaw activities and domino activities - click here

Millionaire,  Countdown, Maths WordSearch and 10 Quick questions can be downloaded from this site by Chris Farmer at Great Cornard Upper.  Click here and look for the links on the left.  Please note the new 10QQPro which can be downloaded for free but will show a pop up every so often until you register the product- £12 for individual and £80 for a site licence.

The Hot Potatoes suite includes six applications, enabling you to create interactive multiple-choice, short-answer, jumbled-sentence, crossword, matching/ordering and gap-fill exercises for the World Wide Web.
